GRIEF & NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION
Using an integrated, person-centered, strengths-based approach to wellbeing, we will explore many dimensions of your overall wellbeing, identify your strengths and then use your strengths to make the shifts you ware wanting to make.
I use a variety of techniques within a person-centered natural active environment (you decide the physical activity we engage in [walking, stretching, rock climbing, breathing, etc.]) for you to practice and develop alternative ways of thinking and feeling. In part, my approach is informed by a grief-based model of therapy, grounded in theoretical traditions of feminism and existentialism. Our first meeting will be about 90 minutes and we will discuss:
